Josh came out and checked my unit and tried to get it working again, but when it became clear that the compressor was not working, he got me a quote to replace the compressor vs the a new unit.I went with the new unit, and they just installed it today. Everything is working great! Everyone from the techs to the office staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use Gore again for future A/C needs.

Josh was very professional & well spoken young man. He installed the new coils&added Freon. He showed us a picture of the old coils & the new coils also. He came inside to check the vents to make sure cold air was coming out. Josh was very efficient & had everything completed before 2 & 1/2 hours. My heat pump went out Sunday Night during this current heat wave. Monday morning, I called Gore Heating and Air and told them my problem. They told me that they would send someone out that afternoon. The Owner, Nicholas Gore came out after 5 PM. Gore Heating and Air had installed my current heat pump 22 yrs ago. Nicholas was honest and told me that he could fix it, but couldn't guarantee how long it would last because it is 22 yrs old. I am going to have a new heat pump installed on Friday. Gore Heating and Air has great customer service and is honest and dependable. Thank you Nicholas for the great service.Update: This morning l, Sean & Jalil came out and installed our new heat pump. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Now our whole house is cool again. For the past week, we had been surviving on 2 window units. Thank you Sean & Jalil for the Great Job!!! Thank you Gore Heating & Air for the excellent service. I have been a long time customer of theirs for many years and will highly recommend them to anybody.
