    Josh Adams came out to uninstall the fireplace insert. I’ve been trying to get it repaired for years and the cost is way too high . It appears to be a simple repair, but I can’t find anyone to do it without charging a lot of money. I hope that the unit can be recycled and that someone else can enjoy it as I did. Josh was able to close down all the gas lines in an efficient manner.

    Josh came out and checked my unit and tried to get it working again, but when it became clear that the compressor was not working, he got me a quote to replace the compressor vs the a new unit.I went with the new unit, and they just installed it today. Everything is working great! Everyone from the techs to the office staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use Gore again for future A/C needs.
