He was able to come in and show me what was wrong in less than 10 min. He above and beyond by showing me all the mistakes the last guy from another company made. My caps were gone and all my money leaked out. Thank you for all your help.

Gore Heating & Air did an outstanding job replacing the duct work in our house at a significantly lower cost than the other quotes I received from other Fayetteville companies. Nick Gore conducted a thorough job measuring and planning the duct work to ensure that we got peek performance from our HVAC. The amount of air flow has increased significantly and is more evenly dispersed throughout the house. J and Shawn (Installers) ensure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving each day. 5 STAR

Josh Adams came out to uninstall the fireplace insert. I’ve been trying to get it repaired for years and the cost is way too high . It appears to be a simple repair, but I can’t find anyone to do it without charging a lot of money. I hope that the unit can be recycled and that someone else can enjoy it as I did. Josh was able to close down all the gas lines in an efficient manner.

Had Gore come out for an estimate. Absolutely professional and detailed with many great options. Punctual and polite. Highly recommend them at this point. Rates are comparable and fair.Just had them complete the install. You couldn't even tell they had been here aside from the new unit. Very professional and courteous. Kept me informed throughout the install. Works beautifully.Just had the yearly service done on both my units as one hasn’t been done in a while. Great service with that as well.Just had them out for an issue we were having and they took care of it for us seamlessly. Great work and very appreciated.Highly recommend them. Thanks Gore Team.

JOSH ADAMScame out for our yearly HEAT maintenance service. Great Job!!! Advise us on new filtration system which Gore is offering now to help with the hard water. Will look into this later on cost. Gore did a fantastic job for us! They were extremely responsive and aggressively priced. The technicians were personable and professional and made sure to educate us on what was being done. They replaced our entire HVAC system in one day, registered the new system, and cleaned the work site afterward. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for excellent customer service!
