Josh from Gore Heating & Air did a preventive maintenance check on my HVAC units. He found (and fixed) a minor problem that could have become much bigger if the fix was not done. He was also pleasant and friendly, and he explained everything he was doing. He was even nice to my very excitable Jack Russell terrier!

Made an appointment over a week in advance. Day of appointment there was sufficient notification of scheduled appointment along with a 30 minute call out.
