“The person who came to my door didn't intend to fix anything and I sensed that when I opened the door. He was there to collect $105.00 for a service call. He did what I could do he took the sprayer apart and looked at it and then said it couldn't be fixed and I needed a whole new faucet. At which time, he proceeded to try to sell me a $1000.00 faucet. He said that he would go to the truck and see if he had anything that would work. Of course, he didn't. I would be surprised if he looked for anything or if there was even anything IN the truck. All I needed was a $30.00 sprayer from Lowes, I am sure he knew that and probably, so did the person on the phone. They absolutely don't have to tell me anything, but it is about integrity, who you can trust and how you want to run your business.
Word to the "technician" who came, if you are going to house to pretend to fix something, at least have some tools not an IPAD.”
