“We just had spring Maintenance for our AC unit. Technician Aaron came by, very professional went under the house to check ducs and inspected air handler in our hallway to ensure everything was functioning well. He clean out our a/c unit with water and cleanser. All completed within a hour. I appreciate Gore when a appointment is made with them, they will send a text and email letting you know the arrival of a Technician to you home. Some companies will not do that. We have been with Gore over 10years, and will continue to be with them for another 10years!!!! Excellent service always we appreciate them!!! Good job Aaron!!!!”

“Don't call unless u want an outrageous price to pay and they don't stand by their word–told me it was 89 to come out and tell me what wrong charged me 99 —but that's not half of it tried to charge me 901 dollars for less than 2 hrs work —-who the hell charges over $500 hr— they are a rip off we settled for 400 which i was tired of waiting but will never call them again —-only bright spot is the young guy that was doing the work was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing—not his fault just company he was working for.no wonder they can drive around in bright new trucks they are a rip off and thought they could get one over on me which wasn't going to happen——“
